What does the Foundation raise money for?
The Foundation’s mission is to raise money to support educational enhancements at Highland Ranch Elementary. We are committed to the children’s welfare by providing additional financial support to enhance and improve the curriculum and educational opportunities for all students. As the school year starts, the following initiatives have been identified as the most vital ways we can currently support our stallions:
1. Hands-On Science Lab with Mrs. Wilson, our Science Teacher.
2. Physical Education with a dedicated P.E. Teacher.
3. The World Music Program, with Teaching artists from the Center for World Music.
4. New Whiteboards for each student to share their thoughts with their class.
How do we fund our efforts?
We fund our efforts through a mix of annual fundraising events and passive fundraisers, such as Amazon Smile and Ralph’s Rewards. We also appreciate every penny of corporate matched funds – be sure to check with your employer about their matching program.
