The last (highest) valid bid entered prior to auction closing will be the winning bid. In the event of a dispute, the Committee shall act as final authority in determining the winning bid.
Your submitted bid constitutes a legal contract to purchase the auction item at the price stated. You will be required to pay the stated price on Sunday 5/17/2020.
Check Out/Payment/Delivery:
The auction will end Saturday 5/16/2020 at 10PM.
You will receive an automatic notification at the auction ending if you are the highest bidder on an auction item, with a notification to pay. You can add all winning bid items to your cart and pay at one time. We will follow up with you on Sunday 5/17/2020 as needed. Preferred payment methods include PayPal or check. Please consider making a $5 donation to offset PayPal credit card fees – you can add this as an item to your cart when making payment.
Once you have paid for your item, a member from the auction committee will contact you to coordinate delivery of your auction item to your home.

You, as a bidder (“You”, “Your”) at the Highland Ranch Education Foundation (“HREF”) Spring Online Auction, acknowledge and agree that HREF does not warrant or guarantee that the goods and services auctioned for purchase (“Donated Item(s)”) will be available for Your use upon the expiration of applicable government shelter-in-place orders. You agree to purchase Donated Items at your own risk and should consider whether a certain business is or will reopen once legally permitted to do so. You agree to not contact HREF or Highland Ranch Elementary School (“HRES”) for information on business closures. All sales are final and refunds will not be given under any circumstance, including but not limited to, if a business becomes permanently closed, will not extend its expiration date, or no longer offers the good or services to the general public. You hereby release HREF, HRES, and the Poway Unified School District from any and all liability incurred from or related to the purchase of a Donated Item.
